Ledger’s Steakhouse & Grille is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions: Kitchen Staff, Host/Hostess, and Servers. If you’re passionate about hospitality, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy providing excellent service, we want you on our team!

Available Positions and Responsibilities:

Kitchen Staff

• Prepare, cook, and present food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory.

Host/Hostess

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Answer phones and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Servers

• Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Accurately handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Assist with table setups and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required.
